Data Use & Training Agreement
1. Who this agreement is with
This agreement is between you and BrightSpan Holdings LLC, the company behind Book AI Studio and LaunchOps ("we", "us"). It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your account.
2. What "the harness" means
In this agreement, "the harness" means the system that plans and does the work behind LaunchOps: the software that reads your requests and project material, prepares and checks the work, produces results for your workspace, and learns from outcomes so the work gets better over time.
3. What data this covers
- Information you provide: account details, organization and workspace details, briefs, instructions, files, and other material you submit or connect to the service.
- Work produced for you: drafts, plans, reports, messages, and other output the service creates inside your workspace.
- Usage records: how features are used, what was accepted, corrected, or rejected, and other records created when you use the service.
4. How we may use that data
- To run the service for you and your workspace.
- To train, test, and improve the harness and the service — for example, improving how work is planned, checked, and presented, and improving quality controls and defaults. This includes use in internal training and evaluation datasets.
5. What this does not change
- You keep ownership of your business content. This agreement gives us permission to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership to us.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any material you provide — including material that belongs to your clients or customers.
6. Withdrawing, and asking for deletion
You may withdraw from future training use, or ask us to delete your data, at any time by emailing admin@bookaistudio.com. If you withdraw, we will stop using your data for new training. Copies of data already used to improve the system before your withdrawal may not be retractable, and we may keep records we are required to keep for legal, security, or billing reasons.
7. Changes to this agreement
If we change this agreement in a way that matters, we will publish a new version on this page with a new version number and date. The version you accepted, and when you accepted it, is recorded on your account.
